Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
The short version
We collect the minimum we need to respond to you and to understand how this website is used. We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to marketing sequences without your action. We disclose every third party that touches your data below.
This policy covers provi.ai and the forms and analytics on it. It does not cover the systems we build and operate inside a customer's own environment under contract; those are governed by the agreement and data-processing terms for that engagement.
Who we are
Provi.ai is the AI consulting practice of Providentia Technology Solutions, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact or assessment form, we collect what you type — your name, work email, company, role or team size, and your message. That's it.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and how you interact with the page (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement). See Analytics & session replay below.
Analytics & session replay (Microsoft Clarity)
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Clarity captures how you interact with our pages so we can improve the site and fix usability problems.
Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default — text you type into the contact or assessment form (your name, email, company, message) is not captured in session recordings. Clarity collects this usage data using first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies, and the data is processed by Microsoft. You can read how Microsoft handles this data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a conversation or assessment.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To understand which content is useful so we can make the site better.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
U.S. residents (including California): we do not sell your personal information. To the extent that the use of third-party analytics cookies constitutes “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser and by using the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor where required.
EEA / UK / Switzerland residents: our legal basis for form data is to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and for analytics is consent or legitimate interest as applicable.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained according to Microsoft Clarity's retention schedule.
How we protect it
We hold ourselves to the same security discipline we bring to client work: least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and US-citizen staff with annual security briefings. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the care our compliance posture demands.
Children
This is a business website and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date below. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
